Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Returns must be approved by our support team before being shipped back.

  • Your order number

  • Product photos (showing condition)

  • Reason for return

Unauthorized returns without approval may not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or logistics reasons:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

If your order was placed via a third-party payment provider (e.g., PayPal), their standard processing time may apply.

Order Issues & Damages

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email velaflare.co@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
Include clear photos of the issue and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

We will offer a replacement or full refund for verified cases.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing or shipping has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

Return Address

Because we partner with global fulfillment centers, returns must be directed to the location provided by our support team — not to our corporate address.
This ensures your refund or replacement is processed efficiently.
